Default Porsche Club at Brandywine Polo Club in PA

Was wondering if any Rennlisters were at the Porsche Club sponsored polo tournament at Brandywine Polo Club in PA a couple of Sundays ago? The only 993 there was a silver cabriolet. Rest were water pumpers and a couple of older air cooled 911s.

Missed that one. I attended a similar RTR event about a year ago that ended with lunch and polo someplace in Bucks County.

Guys,
Soon I'll move down to Chester county from central Jersey. Is there a Porsche community around Philadelphia? Would love to get in touch with some local Porsche guys for some drives and gathering around the area.

Jack

Hey, JimPA,

Did you used to own a black 911SC?

A bunch of us meet on Saturday mornings at the Dilworthtown shopping center, on 202, a little south of West Chester. Good group of Ferrari and Porsche guys.
Plus the PCA RTR region is fairly large and active.

Tropheus: I moved to Chester County five years ago from Scotch Plains. We like it here a lot. The PCA Riesentoter Region is pretty active, with both track and social offerings, and covers the Philly area as well as some of South Jersey.

Richard C2S: Never owned a 911 SC. My first and only 911 is a '98 Ocean Blue/Gray C2S coupe, which I've had for seven years. It's a year round DD with 80K on the clock. Still looks and runs great although a top end rebuild is in the near future.

JimPA

I asked because my black 911SC was originally owned by a Jim who lives in Chester Springs or maybe Chester Brook. BTW, I also have an Ocean Blue/Classic Grey C2S that I have had for eleven years.

The group meets at the Starbucks on 202, usually between 830-930 on sunday mornings. Sometimes the group goes for a ride after

Usually the group discusses the event in this forum:

This is where

Usually happens every nice Saturday. I have missed the last few, but will go if it is nice. I have no excuse, i live 1 1/2 miles away.

Try to show up, good reason to take the car out, and meet some new people.
