Tony- thanks for the pix. It was nice meeting you, Steve, and the guys. Great turn out and a nice drive. Maybe we'll have time for another meet before winter...

Yup, same here....we've had a couple before 2nd weekend in November.
Steve - u listening....2nd weekend in November before turkey!
One last shot of the Evans. When's the last time you've seen... an Evans?
Taking a picture while driving the curves. Not that safe, but fun.
The "Drive" part of the day in the country
Scaring the hell out of the country folk...and the bicylists. One motorcycle rider we passed gave each of us the finger. He WAS going under the speed limit, wasn't he?

I had a feeling this might be coming... Great shot Tony. Thx for taking them with that huge, meaty camera you were packing. I had forgot about the Indy Corvette. For those that weren't there, you had to hear it to believe it. As he was rolling by us in our peaceable semi-quiet, he must have put his car into neutral or something and started comically revving his engine. It was REALLY loud. Got my attention, as it was supposed to.
So... November? I could potentially do the 8th or the 22nd. Any thoughts on one of those dates anyone? I'll farm out the "drive" route part of the day to the 944 guys. They hinted that they know a great drive with A LOT less turns than we took today AND it would be under an hour which is usually best for a down-county Maryland Meet and Drive where people are busy and have other Sunday afternoon activities, things more important than hanging with their Porsche buddies, like... watching football at home in their basements.
