I guess you are referring to my car, so thanks! Yes, it makes the biggest difference of anyhing you can do. I went with Bilstein HD and H&R springs. It's really nice, but I wish I had some adjustability. Also if you do that order extra locking collars for the rear so you can adjut height without taking the rear suspension apart.

I'm sure somebody will recommend one. I know of a guy in Montreal, but not Toronto.

Hate that color combo. Oh, wait. That's what I have except in a convertible.

Love that color combo.

Welcome to the world of 993s, 911s and porsche!!! You're never going to look back. You've had similar experiences to others. End up liking almost everything about the car, maybe a few hangups (color etc.). Once you own it and drive it, you end up loving it all!!

Mann!! You guys... Just got one foot in the door and already suggestions on how to drain the wallet!! Watch out for that slope, it's addictive in a masochistic kinda way. Enjoy and drive safe! Take it from me, don't try to find the limits of the car right away.

Another '96 Carrera 4- awesome!

+1 on lowering the car and putting Bilstein PSS10's on it.

You can also update the looks and handling by putting a set of MY '02 Rims on it.

And I thoroughly recommend the 'Golden rod' shifter upgrade.

Congrats on the purchase.

Paul.

Bingo...

I've had a 911 as my daily driver for - well - hang on......

Since 1985..???

Before that - it was a 924 Turbo, which I bought in 1981.....

And since then..??? I've had my "Porsches" - but, for that as well - I've always cherished my 911s/993...

Looks neat... interesting color combo. My car had PSS9's from the factory. Not sure if the package was dropped when Bilstein introduced the PSS 10's..

Could be worth the look. Enjoy the ride and the financial drain
