We should do a MD 993/aircooled meet at some point.. perhaps in your 17 car garage?
Not quite that big but it sure is cool! Mine was 92 degrees tonight

The plumbing on some of those reminds me of this '57 Chebby. The '57 is not a hill climber though.

We should do it, you are in Elicott City, I work right there at the end of 100 (live in the city). Where are the other aircooled guys you know? I know someone with a real nice '85 that would probably join us...

I drive by there every morning - whereabouts are you 'at the end of 100'?

Our local hillclimb--Duryea--is next weekend I think. I ran the rally car up it one year. Talk about a fish out of water on gravel suspension and an old crusty set of RE71s.

Yes. Our car was the perfect demonstration that if you systematically re-engineer every component of a car, you can achieve an end result that's not much slower than the original.
