Question Corner Balancing

I could use a little help from some of our European friends, specifically someone from Germany.

I am going to do some suspension work, and will want to get my car corner balanced. What do you call corner balancing in German?

Danke,
--Joe

I thought of just looking it up like that also, I just figured it was to easy. Plus, corner balancing is a concept on how to fine tune your suspension. I mentioned it to a German shop and they had never heard of it.

Show them a picture of some Longacre or Intercomp scales? Seriously, it's not an American thing.

I'm an expat working in Germany for a few years and have no idea what the German word for it would be. I just had my 993 corner balanced at Manthey Racing and I could arrange everything in English. In fact all the shops I contacted had at least one person who spoke near perfect English. I believe their business now depends on it.

Great call Dan -- thanks.

Corner balance = Radlast-Waage. Radlast = wheel load, Waage = balance/ weighting machine
