So after being without my pcar for over a week I finally got the lugs installed today and everything put back together !
It took me about 4 hours total from start to finish and many trips to get the right tools (like a 3 arm puller).

Stupid question but I assume you checked the other wheels for proper tightness too.

This is why Porsche moved to steel bolts instead of studs and nuts several years ago. I was always a fan of studs (making it a lot easier to install wheels) but learned that when pressed into the hub they can develop issues. Glad to see that you caught this before it got really expensive and unsafe for both of you!
