will these cheap ebay non hubcentric 8mm spacers work?
i'm looking to push out the fronts of my RH wheels.
these are the cheap ebay spacers:

these are without the longer bolts. will there be a balance or install issue?
these are 20 bucks delivered.
the alternative is 7mm HR for 80 bucks plus shipping, again would be done without the bolts and the quality/fit of which is not a question.

so can i get the cheap ones and once mounted, never know the difference?

Once you get about this thick, you'll lose hub-centricity, and I wouldn't want to run like that. You can check yourself quite easily the max thickness; just remove a wheel and measure the little nubs that center your wheel in the middle.
I personally wouldn't go over 4mm since you run out of room on those hub-centering nubs, plus the thread engagement on the studs.
