Well, even if it was a great driver, I can't imagine going out to the garage to gaze longingly at what to my eyes is a bloated, fat pig of a car.
Look at a Jaguar XF, and you'll see what a nicely styled four door can look like...even though yes, the XF does resemble a Lexus.
The front half of the Panamera is tolerable. The rear half reminds me of a 1941-48 Buick fastback sedan, except that the Buick looks better.
