WOW ... glad you love the Speedster's curves!
Greetings from Keystone, CO; home of this year's PCA Parade.
Beautiful setting.
Met great enthusiasts like RLer & Carolinas PCA President Harvey Yancey. Conversation began, "Is that a conversion? If so, where the @!#% did you get all the stock parts?"
Already received request from a Porsche magazine for more info on the ride.
I happened to phone a head honcho of the Concours d'Elegance, who told me he'd already heard of my 993.
Later when I parked on the golf course Corral staging, I was immediately tracked down by an organizer who told me a spot was reserved for the red rocket in the Historical & Limited Edition showcase!!! Quite an experienced & pedigreed Porschephile (Prescott Kelly - former national PCA Past President), he then asked while standing inches from her, "That is one of the six from the factory Werks department, right?" When I said no, he mentioned that a friend or 2 of mine who have their personal vehicles in the factory showcase had recommended mine to join their factory-direct exotics.
Since it's an after-market conversion, I'm still in the Corral, but WOW holy shnikees that was amazing feedback, especially while she still had road grime from her mountainous journey.
Shocking cool, considering she was completed just 2.5 days ago.
PS I'll answer PMs / posts & give more build details here after PCA Parade. Some questions about origins answered at the bottom of OP:

I wouldn't even have found my Speedster without Rennlist. What she looked like before 'her hips filled' out (she's phat!): thread "the 993 SPEEDSTER -did you catch this?!?"

Three Wheelin'
The backdrop in your pics is very fitting for the car!
When you have a chance, I would be interested in seeing/hearing how you mounted your front plate. I still have to do that for mine, and really like your solution.
