Default My 1st Porsche

Just picked this up last week and couldn't be more happy. For the past 3 years I've been looking for my first Porsche to buy, going from a Boxster S to a 996 and back to the Boxster. But after seating inside and driving a 993, I knew there was NO other Porsche I wanted. Words do this car absolutely No justice, it's something you have to experience yourself to really appreciate and love.

After hanging around here for the past few months and I even post a topic asking for help which I got great advice. I finally found the exact car I was looking for. I did the PPI on the car and the mechanic said he has seen very few 993's in this great condition. The car is completely Stock and has just under 30K on it.

I was 16 when the 993 came out, I was in love with then and still love it 15 years later.

Thanks for the help and I look forward to hanging around this forum for years to come.

First you should just update the suspension.... Then you should just change the wheels.... Then you'll have to just add bigger brakes.... Then add some noise by just swapping out the mufflers or adding some bypasses.... Then just.... Welcome and enjoy your car. Its a beautiful color.

<30K miles? Very nice! As JD said, you JUST need to do the suspension, that's it.

For now........

Wow that is one sweet ride, let the sickness begin. Before you know it you'll be polishing the underside with a toothbrush.

Welcome to the Madness!!

Please tell your wife that we'll be spending your money from now on, not her.

And yes...lower it.
