For my entertainment only, you should try to wedge a GT3 engine in there.

What do you think? Should I do it? If not, what do you suggest I can do to make more torque and hp?
drive it on a racetrack with lot's of high speed off-camber, decreasing radius corners. throw in some elevation changes for good measure.
I'll bet that you decide that the car is plenty fast as is.

cheers

My C4 cab has a euro tranny, 200 cell cats and an Andial 2 deg timing block and there is still no comparison to my 993 Turbo, especially a tuned one.
If you are looking for the acceleration rush of turbo, sell or trade in your car.

Then you can drive all your vehicles to their limit (which is far more satisfying to me than simply giving a car more power).
Great advice if he is tracking his car but if only driving on the street, pointless.

There was a long thread on this not too long ago. Remember? Deposit put on car, buyer couldn't follow through because of new job/living situation. Seller wouldn't return deposit.

And back to the topic.... I do sometimes wish these motors had more torque and hp. I'd like more low end grunt.

A few weeks ago I went up to the top of Corral Canyon (great view of the Pacific) and wished I had a bit more punch. The roads are great with some sweeps and tight turns but steep until you hit the top (and then the road ends.) It would have been nice to have more pull coming up out of the corners, imho. Those are the times when I think of a 997, etc..
