Guys, if stephenlin44's information is correct, it doesn't much matter what his motives are, IMO. I would be trying to assess the veracity of the info, before I started shooting the messenger.

OK.....finally!

Our good ol friend and fellow rl'er chuck was kind enough to take my old airbag to LAPD, and they tested it to find that it was infact defective, and apologized and shipped me a new one. I went to the dealer this morning and had the light usccessfully reset. I am very happy with the wheel, and happy that LAPD stuck to thier owrd and made it right! Once again, thanks Chuck for your help.....we need more like you around here!
