Default Looking for info on Golden rod

Search seems to have problems. I am going to install a golden rod while I still have my amazing mechanic. What else is needed to do a proper install?
Already have a new clutch.

About 30 mintues to jack the car up, secure it, remove the old, install the new, and set it back down. Once the center tunnel cover is removed, the entire shift mechanism is visible. The actual shift rod is fastened by one small circlip and one bolt. Tis it.

It was easy all I needed was a cold one and a lawn chair. My mechanic did the rest. Easiest DIY I've done to date.

I am way late to the party on this one. My day job is interfering with my fun one.

But keep in mind that your day job SUPPORTS your fun one.

Mike
Not sure if that classifies as a DIY, but I love it!

More like RWCBWMMDATW......(relaxing with a cold beer while my mechanic does all the work)

I'm having mine put on along with fixing an oil leak and some spring maintenance at the Stealers (I'll send back the core rod ASAP Darin)!
