UN-believable. I am so glad I left but Oregon isn't much better and will probably follow in Calif's footsteps. The government here and most Oregonians in general are like from another planet.

But I seriously doubt this will ever become 'law.' I'm guessing it's going to be used to 'enlighten' us all to the issue and to try to get more people to buy 'light.' Like trans fats, light fats and so forth....

I took some detailing courses in San Diego a few years ago and was baffled by the dirty water recovery systems that they were supposed to be using when washing and detailing cars. It looked like a Slip and Slide with a vacuum attached to it. It recycled the water and cleaned it at the same time. Very interesting.
