Like them a lot too... Good for AutoX but on a down pour when they are worn a bit watch out...
I run a 235 front and 265 rear they have exactly the same diameter for some weird reason and its the only tire I know that has that. So its a bonus as it reduces understeer and balances the car better in my view.

I used to run the Dunlop Super Sport Race tires before they were discontinued, and really liked them. (at $650 for a set of 4, thet were awesome!) These seem like they might be a good alternative.

I would LOVE to run them, there suppose to be a very fast tire, that heats up fast.
But they don't make my size, 205/255

I'd like to try them too but they don't make my size either...285 or 295...at least tirerack does not show those sizes.

I'm going to try the 275/35 to replace my 285/30 on the rears. I have some rubbing now and I'm hoping that dropping the 10cm will stop it. If these grip the way it's been reported, I'm going to come out way ahead.

I'm going to wait and get them mid-Sept. so I can run them at the first autocross of the season end of Sept. Look for a full report then!

These tires have a very wide tread width on them compared to tires of similar size. When I lined up the Nitto's (275/35) and the 265/35 Dunlops the dunlop was slightly wider in the tread.

Unfortunatly they dont publish the tread widths of these tires.

Would be interested in the "fit" for a wide body model, too. 275/35/18 rear and 225/40/18 for RS right hight?

Wide body should be an easy fit for the 275. The 225 will also be perfect, could go to 235 on the front. This all depends on the wheels you have.

They do do a 215 and 255 for 17" (assuming you are running 17's..

For me, my wide body is set up so that I need at least a 285 in the rear to go with the 235 in the front; however, a 295 is better. For street driving you would likely be just fine with a 225/275 combo as this would be the same balance as my 235/285 combo...and if they are on the wide side for their size it might be almost the same as your current 285 depending on brand. For track work (which is why I would be buying these personally as they get high marks for dry handling) I don't want to drop to a 225 from a 235 as I AX/DE my car and need as wide a front as I can get. That said, I think I would have too much oversteer with a 235/275 setup. Again, this is only because of how my car is set up alignment-wise. A car that has too much understeer currently would benefit by going from a 285 to a 275.

Update:
These tires are great! I've done only about 100 miles, but so far the grip and feel is unbelievable. Turn in is really responsive. The main complaint I read was the road noise. But I don't think they are any louder than the SportContact 2s they replaced. The tone of the noise is lower, but not louder IMHO. I've got Wevo mounts and can't hear the tires with the windows up...

Also, my car is between RS and ROW height, and the 285/30s rubbed when I hit certain dips just right. By going to the 275/35, the rubbing is gone, and the ride has improved dramatically.

Hoping to make an autocross on Sunday and see how many seconds they shave!

What width and ET wheels are you using? Fender height would be helpful too.

Just to add to the others comments I put some *specs on my C3 in May, 225/45 & 255/40 replacing 235/45 and 275/40 x17. Great tires, I don't miss the extra width except occasionally at the front.

but they do publish tread width, at least for most tires, just go to the manufacturer's web sites and look up the specs for the tire you are interested in, Tire Rack also publishes the specs for most of the tires it sells.

For the Dunlops for some reason they have stopped publishing that info but almost as good is the section width
a Dunlop Star Spec 265/35x18 weighs 28#, wants a 9-10.5" wheel, when mounted on a 9.5" wheel section width is 10.7" when mounted on a 10" wheel it will be ~10.9", tread width of course stays the same for either wheel. Dunlops do tend to have a squarer shoulder than some other brands.
