If you had removed 21, 20 & 25, would that have given better access for the slide tube assembly?

Not really. The clips are on the outside of that setup and the four bolts that mate the two pices that ride on that tube are threaded from the bottom. Anyway I ran into my next problem putting the trays back on.......it rubs the tunnel cover
