Pic of green Alpine head unit wanted.
I need a new head unit for the car, and I think one of the Alpine's with the green buttons will work really well. Does anyone have a car with one of these installed and could you please post a pic ?
Many thanks in advance,
Peter R.

I just purchased the Alpine 9887 - If you Google it, you'll see a couple of You Tube links. One of the videos is taken in a darkened car where the owner changes the illumination colors through the 4 or so possibilities. Goes from the blue to green to amber to red. That video (along with the audio reviews) was what finally convinced me to buy!

Thanks guys. I was researching the head unit some more and I stumbled upon the new pioneer gear. It looks quite understated and I'm taking a shine to them. The 600BT unit looks like just what I'm after. Coupled to a 4 channel audison am and some focal speakers it could be jus what I'm after !

Just buy a new head unit you like and get a tech to change the bulbs to green. We have had it done a few times over the years. Mainly to red though to match the BMW lights.

I have this:

It can be set to glow only white and it looks very nice in the dash. The only problem is, now I want to change the dash lights over to LED's. I also think the outer bezel will look nicer butting up to some carbon fiber.
