I was so psyched about this event, and now it looks like I won't be able to make it.

I sent in my registration fee anyway, because there's an outside chance I might come up Sunday afternoon just to say hello, but probably not.

This sounds like a great time.
I'm planning on driving down on Saturday, doing the day and driving back that evening.
I will be either heading over to Montreal first to pick up a buddy, or driving directly from home if he can't make it.

Yes! The date is definitely creeping up! I don't have the official numbers but naturally being a bigger committment (2 day event) compared with our usual drives I think we will have a nice initmate group, at least from the Rennlist side. I will have to get the official numbers from Neil.

If you have not done so yet, I would urge you guys to register soon! This will be a great event.

I.e. will registration be closed at a certain number of people?

As far as I know, no registration limit. But if you do plan on staying over there are only a certain number of rooms available.

There are approximately 33 cars and 55 people registered. This includes registrants from Rennlist, The Hudson Valley Region Of the Porsche Club, The Ct. Valley Region of the BMW Club, and several Corvette Clubs. There is still time to register and rooms are available at the Inn. Once the Inn is full they will make arrangements for our group at similar Inns close by at the same rates. Please come out and join the fun. It's for a good cause! Thanks
