Seems to be a number of the C4s around with 60K or better in the 40,000 range but none of them are selling? at that price mid to low 30's this car would get a sold.... But a very nice car indeed!

This has been listed on Craigs and Autotrader for over a month...35k is closer - Niello is selling a sweet Arena Red C4S for 35k with 50k miles. Also a local one owner C4S with 55k and new clutch/LWF with Callas Rennsport Valve Guide job - $35k.

It is very prtty, love the seats, wheels, full leather, clear bra. I agree it is probably high for the market, however, I would not price it differently. There is a bid (real or otherwise) for $35k already.
Most threads on here related to value focus on realistic selling price in a short period of time(2-3 months). It seems like what you guys are doing as well on this thread. However, if i sold my C4S I would price it to sell at the price I am willing to let it go. These are 2 different numbers. The market is bad, but if you do not need to sell the car you should stick to your guns. If this car is as nice as it looks AND the correct person sees it wanting that specific combination of colors, etc, it could sell.
(of course, the comment that he will take offers means that he would take less).

I wouldn't let anyone even look at my 98 C4S with 60k miles for less $42k USD or $50k Cdn. Mind you I wouldn't consider letting it go period! There is just nothing like a nice 993 C4S in my opinion unless of course we are talking about a turbo....but I think that is just too much power. Cheers Guys!

Maybe last spring... was last spring, but I sold my 97 C4S with 75K miles for $44k - it was pretty well modded though. Plus I had a set of turbo twist wheels and seats left over for a few extra bucks profit.
I think I could have gotten thousands over $45K if I held out, however went for the quick deal at $44K in less than two weeks. And, I liked the buyer.

There's a difference between sellers who have cars for sale, and those who wish to sell. I've said my 4S probably wouldn't bring much over $25K these days if I had to unload it quickly. Don't really care, though. What would I replace it with that's better for its intended purpose?
