Thanks for all your comments, it is kind of interesting to hear people's thoughts...I am not desperate to sell at all, I will let it go for the price I want....I had it on eBay a week ago and bidding got up to $39, probably should have taken it, but I think the market is there if you find the right buyer...thanks again...

Just bought '98 C4S with about 30K miles and perfect PPI (including great compression and perfect leak down check and no oil leaks) done by 40 yr old independent Porsche shop for $43k. I was looking at several '96 and '97's with miles in the 50k to 60k range and wouldn't pay more than $35K or $36k for one of these cars in today's market. I paid more because of the miles, condition of the car and the fact that it is a '98. I think I did ok but would be interested in your thoughs?

If your '98 C4S is clean and w/o a history, I think you got a good deal. If I can find a '98 with aero II and sub 30k miles, I will pay at or above the price you paid.

Hold on and enjoy! These are a depreciating asset, so its unlikely tomorrow will bring a much higher price.
