While I realize some RLers have strong negative feelings, my experience has largely been the same as Chuck; positive. They are nice people running a business with a large inventory of wrecked P-cars, and they operate, fundamentally, the same as any enterprise. If they treated customers as poorly as many claim, they would be a failed business. If their prices were always too high, they would be a failed business. Clearly, their longevity indicates that they have succeeded, notwithstanding the folks with a bad experience. They always have or have found the part I needed, at a fair price and a helpful approach. It's close to the Burbank airport. If you're in the area, check 'em out.

I had good experience with them. Somewhat overpriced but good stuff. even got my sport seats to an reasonable price including a full leather upgrade.

I have used them successfully in the past except for one problem. They sent my package to Oslo, Norway by mistake when I was expecting it in Vancouver.
