Default Repairing Front Carpet

Ok, I STFA'd, and didn't come up with anything. I've been looking into replacing the carpeting in the trunk of my newsed 993TT, but realize that the only thing wrong with it is the velcro is worn out on the carpet side, and it won't stay connected.

Has anyone repaired this themselves? Any ideas? Seems as though you may just be able to sew some back in?

Thanks,
Scott

You can get a variety of different width, colors and types of VELCRO at most large fabric stores. It should be a relatively EZ job to remove what's there and replace it.
