Beautiful car. I really like the carbon fiber interior. The yellow gauges and shift boot look sweet.

Love me that yellow color. Including wheels. However, I'd replace that shifter boot and e-brake.

Can you share some details regarding the experience? Did you travel to see the car before purchasing it? Did you negotiate the price down from the asking? How long were you shopping, etc?

I missed my last '98 C4S and after 5 years I decided to start looking. After about 4 months, I finally found MY dream car. The seller was only 300 miles from me, but I still had a PPI performed prior to starting the negations and viewing. It really helps to have a trusted PPI done when you are not able to easily view a car. I was able to get a 10% reduction from the asking price, but the car was still expensive for this market.

The condition is so good I am almost afraid to drive her. I am considering picking up another 993 or 996tt to use as a daily driver. I live on a ranch and daily driver is more like every third day.

I had forgotten how much fun pcars are to drive. I have tried to replace the feeling with a BMW 540, Audi S4, Mini Cooper S..... even though they are great cars, I always ended up missing my 993.

I am building a 4 bay garage to allow for a few new toys to be added to the stable. The three bays on my current garage are getting a little full.

Cheers

Thanks. I was a little worried that the wheels might have put the car over the top, but once I saw them in person... I was in love.

Speed yellow, but it looks a little orange in the photos.

Is yours SY?

Beautiful car! Congratulations! Were the body color matched wheels and interior trim a factory option?

thanks....Yes and Yes, the original owner built the car to the specs that I dreamed.

I have the original window sticker and I have verified that everything is factory original.

I do believe that she has been lowered. My first 993 (still miss her) did not sit this low.

Happy to be back!
