There are 8 main pieces and two small covers behind the front wheels. For everything, including all new hardware and some rubber welting, the damage was around $900. I also replaced the rocker covers before that.

Thanks Andreas for the response. That is really expensive!! I guess I will just leave the old one in there!!

I took all of mine out. Cleaned them well, re-spray them with flat black undercoating paint, and re-install them.They are as good as new.
