Did a search and didn't find anything - Anyone have a list of hardware needed to install an Aero Kit I tail or maybe a diagram?

My tail has the top wing as a separate piece to be bolted onto the base but want to be sure I am doing it correctly.

Splitters look like a pretty straight forward replacement.

I have the instructions from P-car.com but it lists only bolts and this kit came with some plastic spacers, zip ties etc.
