Default Brake Handle Question

Hi 993'ers,
I've STFA, and I can't come up with much. I'm interested in putting the 996 brake handle (carbon/aluminum) in my 993TT. However, I can't figure out how it actually works.

I've seen Gert's offer from Carnewal, but I'm more of the DIY type. Do you just swap out the handle, or do you have to swap the levers? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

I've seen many of your 996 shifter upgrades as DIY and it inspired me to do that as well

Thanks,
Scott

The e-brake handle is different. It wont fit the 993, sadly.

I don't think it can be done. I've swapped two in my 993 and I can't see how one from a 996 would work. Best you can do is upgrade to an aluminum one if you don't already have one.

Is that what this is from Carnewal? Just the 993 Stock flavor?
