if i could go back in time, Id have to take a GT2. Miami blue or blood orange.
A mexico blue RS would be next followed by a black turbo S.
That being said, an Iris blue 993 C2 with blue interor and 17" cup II wheels is a great all rounder for every day, and everyday use is the most fun.
Too bad porsche wouldnt do a re-issue of the 993 limited to 993 units....

And as much as I still want that Turquoise Blue M002 RS or Viper Green GT2, something much simpler would be the case today.
PTS Signal Yellow/black C2 coupe. I'd want the G50/21 (Euro) gearbox, Sport seats, M030 suspension, 18" Technology wheels, rear seat delete, and that's about it.

Having sold my last 993 two years ago, I still think about what 993 nirvana is for me personally. My post from 2015 still rings true with one exception: I want the rear seats. Their functionality is core 911. A 993 as described fitted with PSS10s and a Porsche Classic radio would make for one highly desirable 993.
Anybody else?

I'd order a '96 M002 (euro comfort) RS in Speed Yellow, black leather interior with color matched hardbacks, Porsche Classic stereo, no AC, no rear seats, no sunroof, power nothing, magnesium center lock wheels, and rollbar. I'd also special request the turbo front bumper from the factory, and delete the side skirts.
EDIT: Considering the fantasy that this could be done today, I'd choose a different color combo: Fjord Green with a dark saddle brown interior, all else the same
