Unhappy MY 2002 996 18" wheels on E Bay

Wheels and Caps (WAC)...see long URL below, is selling these MY 2002 aluminum wheels on e Bay....about $500. I am sure they are made in China but they do have JIC approval (The Japanese Wheel Standard). Anyone had any experience with these wheels, or WAC? I did do a search 1st. Is this another too good to be true deal???

They are also TUV approved. The big questions are how strong are they and how heavy are they?

Bought those They will come in a "KEYSTONE" box and the finish is 8/10, the rear ones need a 3mm spacer, found out to late and had to repaint calipers
Unfortunatly i did not go through fleabay so i could have left them negatve feedback.

The wheels are true and have no vibration.
I regret not buying the Italian replicas (MIM?) that are on fleabay for around 8-900? usd.
