Default Want to Trade: Rennline pedals for stock pedals

I just bought another 993, it has a nice set of Rennline pedals. I would like to trade straight up for a nice set of stock pedals. PM me if interested!

Aren't Rennline pedals attach on top of stock pedals?

I believe they do mount to the original pedals. Just unscrew them and sell online

Well, if that's the case then I'm retarded for not checking first. I'll have a look tonight.

Unless they're Rev 2 which replace the throttle:

The original Rennline pedals, at least as they pertain to the clutch and brake pedals, attached to the stock, steel pedal, not the rubber portion, via holes that you have to drill. Not 100% sure of the throttle pedal (original, non-adjustable one), although I think it attached directly to the plastic portion of the gas pedal.

The original Rennline pedals REPLACE the rubber covers on the clutch and brake pedals, but mount on top of the stock accelerator pedal. At least that is how they mounted on my two 993s. I likely have some stock rubber clutch and brake pedals in the parts pile, and I will check tomorrow.

Haha, now you want to talk about a Freudian slip... I've been on the 993 board so long, I confused my new 964T for a 993 It's still weird to me having a 911 that isn't a 993.

I have been in severe Porsche withdrawal since I sold my beautiful black 993 early this year. I wasn't even looking for a 911 when I came across a 964 Turbo that I knew I had to "make mine."

Anyway, the pedals are the same so the offer is still good I'll take some pictures of the car soon and post them here... I hope I'm still welcome on the 993 forum even though I've "regressed" to a 964!

Thanks for all the interest!

haha - and by the way Rob I can't believe the transformation your 993 has gone through, that is amazing. Probably my favorite 993 on Rennlist, no offense to anyone else!
