Does anyone know where u can buy new sound deading and cost?

Vertex is always very helpful they are in the US. Ask for Sid he is a great guy. Tell him I told you to call. He does a lot of overseas shipping. Not sure on the cost he will give you the best deal. I have been using them for years. 1 866 668 0660

yep, Vertex and others sell aftermarket versions. The Porsche part is around $100 USD via Sunset.

Are you referring to the engine compartment foam? If so, pelican has it in stock, I just ordered some yesterday.

My rear footwell sound deading material was bagged, so I got some high density 1/2" neoprene, cut it out to fit and used that. Its tough material, soft, and does not absorb water. The carpet lays on top anyways. This has worked great for the last 5 years (mind you I do not get the traffic in the rear of the car I did before the kids grew up..).
