Default 993 video

i just watched the 993 vid that came with new purchase. it's somewhere on utube..if you guys have not seen it,you must..it makes me want to sell my 87 911 for a 993..
I did have a 95 993 years ago,but would like another again..i have been looking around a lot lately..i have also driven ALL of the 2008 Porsches..I must say that as much as i love ..ok like the 997,it still is not as nice as the 993..

I am not an air-cooled snob, but the newer cars are just not as special..i am really not interested in 0-60 and track times so...i really dont need a 340 hp car..
I am 43 years old and have had many well 4 porsches since 1999..i really dont know if I will ever be able to warm up to the 996..I have had a boxster s,and it was really fun..actually more fun than the 996 i could have bought..i know i am starting to ramble but being a non 993 owner,i just want to say to you guys...good luck and keep those pretty cars on the road as long as you can...j

Wow. Great video. I knew I heard something when I bought my 993. I thought it was the thump, thump, thump of my wallet opening and closing as I slide down the slippery slope!

I was a bit incredulous when I saw the part where Hurley is waxing poetic on the immobilizer system...

Thanks alot for posting this link! I never knew my car came with an owner's video before, nor did I know that the front crest is used to close the hood with. I usually press down on the very front of the hood with 2 hands to carefully close it, making sure it doesn't bend any part of it. I'll try the hood crest technique soon instead.

Man I love this car. To think I've recently considered selling it. What a dumb move that would have been. It won't get sold till I really have to, till I'm jobless and hopeless.
