Man, that white car on the slideshow looks so much like mine! I have the same white rims in the garage! The previous owner replaced them with 18" SSR GT3s. It is so tempting to put these back on the car again!!!!!!
17s would really help with the potholes in LA.
Sorry to hijack this thread, but do you have better pics of that white 993? These white rims are so rare!
BTW: good luck with selling the black one.

Naturally we really like the other side as well, near Playa.

Interesting car. I find it hard to view the photos in the album, as I can't find a way to sequence through them. Also, they appear to have been adjusted for light/shadow etc (such as in photoshop), but I find some of them un-natural looking. Any chance of posting some better shots, especially of the interior (dash, seats, doors etc.) and engine and trunk? Also interested in any available history on the car.

Yes and No
NY- your partly correct however there has been some changed to how property is owned and how title is held. Its safe and secure and quite affordable if done correctly. And you can own property on the beach line if you wish and can afford it. But this is about selling a great 993 C4S..
You can't own property as an American within 50 miles of any coast. You get a 99 year land lease from the Mexican government (for whatever thats worth ). IIRC you can own an international company that can own the property, but there was something with that too. There's something required every year and you have to hire a Mexican attorney to perform this task for you (read $$). Then there are the squatters rights issues, if you or someone doesn't keep a close eye on things, anyone can move in and take possession.......its a fluster cluck if you don't spend quite a bit of time there and establish yourself as a regular.

Be patient Devinwhite. The market is a mess right now for high end cars. People are having to drop their pants to get them sold. You need to wait for the right person if you can cause that car is totally hot!
