96+ harness had extra stuff (varioram?)
I read this again and it made no sense to me, and I wrote it! I meant that the wiring harness upgrade (which you apparently have) included the later model harness (96+), and it has extra connectors that those of us with MY95's don't need.

Geez-O-Wiz! It's funny because it's been covered many times, the first person gave you the correct answer, and by in large, the 993 Board is a pretty fun place. Are you actually offended by the dumb**** humor replies?

Please enlighten us. The 993 board, as well as most other Rennlist destinations, is filled with extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and humorous individuals. You asked a valid question and a valid answer was immediately given. I'm confused over here.

"Lighten up Francis"
(For the humor impaired: This is a line from the movie "Stripes" starring Bill Murray. It is a funny flick with a dark and very serious character named Francis who, oddly enough, does not like to be called Francis. He makes that clear in a very serious way, then Bill Murray calls him Francis. Totally funny.)
The 944 board isn't all business either... and I think that is a good thing.
