The deal fell through....sad story. Please see my post from yesterday. I did offer more money (over his asking price), but he declined and said that money was not the issue. Guess it was too good to be true...

As may Rennlisters have pointed out the market does seem to be softening so hopefully another fine example will show up soon...maybe even a C2S!
