Default What's It Worth?

Tim hasn't told me what he wants for this car but I'm considering going 993 instead of 3.2 G50 and am curious what the group here thinks this car would be worth paying. I have my own opinions but I know less about 993's than I do the 3.2's.

Thanks for any feedback you can provide.

I would think around 33k would be reasonable and since it is a dealer I doubt they will come back with a price under 35k.

+1. I'll be he asks $35K and will sell for $33K. Nice car, though. I'd ask if the PO did shocks as well as "springs" and feel better about 33K.

Thanks guys.

Tim and I have already talked about his Baltic blue 89 so he feels comfortable responding to my 'what are you looking to get out of the car' note with (literally) 'what would you pay for a 95 like this?' So, I don't even know what he wants for the car yet.

I wanted to see what the verdict was from the board while I was waiting for an answer.

That looks like a particularly nice car, either that or the dealer did a super job of detailing it.

I remember the old days when a '95 wasn't worth nearly what a '96(and up) was worth. Now as the cars age, maybe that's not so true?

Hmmmm.

Nice car.

IIRC, Tim was asking $39ish for the following car a little over a year ago:

I contemplated buying it, but my first 993 was Guards Red and I was looking for a different color. It has a great suspension setup, so my guess is the midnight car is priced around $35k. In my totally uneducated opinion, $32-33k would be a good sales price for a well-sorted Holt Motorsports car. His reputation is very good.
