The plastic piece that covers the hinges on the right side of the passenger seat has broken and I need to find a replacement. I was told by the dealer that the part is no longer available, if anyone knows where I can find this part please let me know.

I just bought a complete set for my 993 from Sunset. I only needed 2, and the cracks were minor, but I replaced all four.

928-521-147-02-01C - Plastic Cover for Front Seat Hinge, Black, Left
928-521-148-02-01C - Plastic Cover for Front Seat Hinge, Black, Right

The 01C is the black color code. Sunset sent me the complete part list, for the other colors, if you need it.

Weird coincidence. I just received mine today from Suncoast Motorsports. They had no problem getting it from PCNA...

They were $36.51, each. I believe Sunset told me that they had to be ordered as pairs (2 rights, or 2 lefts).
