Beru are cheaper. Are they Porsche OEM?

As others have noticed, best viewed at night, put you hand over the lamp and get in close to the distributor.
I noticed the light show around the distributors & coils. Cleaned it all up with new caps & rotors, dielectric grease and it was fine, for a while. Now it's arcing again 9 months later. All my symptoms are identical to OP.

Any Bosch wires sets around?

Spritzing the engine compartment with a spray bottle of water will help too.

I thought the Beru were the wire sets to use. OEM I believe and 75k on a wire set would be indicative of robust design, build, and materials,

I was asking about the 8mm sets (above) sold at Paragon. Didn't know if anyone had knowledge of their quality.
