Just for you RS-lovers. The event is pretty awesome but kind of overwhelming. Saw a few great cars in the flesh that I had never seen before, for instance two blue (!) BMW M1. And a fantastic Indian hearse. Believe it or not, there is a club that collects old hearses. There were some tempting sales offers and a few weird ones, e.g. a 993 targa with low miles for EUR 60k, a 993 Turbo S for 150k, while a 959 was on offer for 160k. The grey 993 GT2 pictured here was on offer for a little over 200k.

you'll see 993 RS Club splitters under the blue painters tape. The front bumper and splitters were freshly painted, too fresh to add 3M. I have the factory side skirts and the 993 GT2 tail from Getty Design.

 

The car on the lift in Vaujot's first picture is an Amphicar. Pretty wild car, it is amphibious. It has two propellers in the rear, you use a transfer case to change the power from the rear wheels to the propellers. My brothers and I own one, of course it is in a basket and not in a show...
