Default Aluminium Hand Brake Lever - Leather?

Guys,

Need some help on this one. Have seen this advertised for sale, told it is original porsche part and is all leather.

Looks different to the pics that I have seen on gert's site and elsewhere which clearly shows leather stitching along the length of the lever.

Were non leather/ aluminium e-brakes available.

Appreciate your input.

Update:

Seller informs me that it is indded all leather part number 964-424-051. Appreciate your opinions of how this will look in my all leather interior, given that the finish of the lever is different to the rest of the interior

Thanks

That's a standard 993 C2S e-brake. You can see it because of the gunmetal insert. The part is not leather but vinyl covered. I don't think it would be too noticeable in a full leather interior though, should look great regardless. However, I wouldn't expect to pay more than ~200usd for it..

You could probably get the part leather covered by 928 Leather Shop. They do great work. No afilliation etc. Good Luck

No!

It was possible, because my mechanic had a good relationship to the "Porsche Exclusiv" and they stopped doing these little great things!

I sold my 964 incl. the handbrakelever and i regret not to pick it out...

No i use the actuell Carrera S version in fullleather but i didn´t like the missing stitching!

But i a fullleather interior its ok!

And the Techquipment lever with the silver insert is a little to bling bling in my eyes...

Hmm, perhaps i looks at least better, because it has the nice stitching!

Greetings Christian
