As far as removing the RSD, if you open the bin doors and look inside, you will see that there is a bolt on each side...towards the outside where you would expect the seatbelt to be located. The metal straps of the RSD are held by these two bolts.

Some factory RSD also have a wiring harness...I'm not sure if it's just cabs or coupes as well. If your RSD has locks that activate with the remote, you'll have to disconnect the harness. I was never able to figure out how to hood up the harness so if you have it on yours a few pics would be great!

The electric locks you describe must be for the Cabs only.

And, as far as I know, the RSD in a coupe is different than a Cab.
