Great story. You got a nice car. Congratulations. And you did it the right way-driving it home!

You and I are the same size. I sat in some Recaro A8's and thought they were much better than my Porsche sport seats-deep but just wide enough. A8's are pretty hard to find and expensive, however. But I wonder if other sport seats are a little wider at hips? I'll have to check the specs....

I think I'm going to be able to make the Sparcos work. It looks like if I boost myself out of the bottom of that seat just a little, I will be snug instead of pinched. I think that will do the trick. Now I just need to find some super stiff foam to layer underneath the Sparco seat cushions.

Chuck,

You are welcomed to thoroughly test out them A-8s any time you like.

You can buy a thicker cushion from Sparco to fit on the bottom that will boost you up a bit, but hopefully you will not hit the roof.

Did they drill 2 extra bumper holes on the front end?

CP-I think I liked the A8's so much because they were bolted in the RUF!

That colour (sorry .. color!!) and wheels combo is one of the sexiest ever .. And she looks like she just left the factory.

Congrats , I'm feeling pangs of jealousy !
