Does anyone know who sells Shell Helix 5W-40? I'm in the Seattle area if anyone knows of a local place to purchase and save shipping. Thanks.

Is that for your Ferrari? That's the exact oil the Ferrari 360 calls for.

Actually, I just bought a '95 993 (Iris Blue, Cashmere, 17,000 miles), drove it home from central Oregon Friday - a beautiful day for a drive through the mountains. I spoke to the owner's mechanic when I was doing my due deligence on maintenance and he told me that he uses only Shell Helix racing oil in his shop. Maybe he services Ferrari's and buys by the barrel. I assume that I will need a few quarts before the next oil change and would like to continue Shell until then. Can another brand 5W-40 be substituted? I read the ongoing oil chats and debates and find many opinons on good brands and weights, but little on Shell, so maybe its better for the 360 than a 993. Anyway, still searching.

I have seen it @ Wall-Mart, but there are a couple of other shops, if you go on Shell's web page, you can look up where to get it locally, they ,may have to order it.
