Sounds like a clogged cat - I've been there/done that before. If you have an IR thermo reader you can read out each side of the cat. Hotter side is the clogged side. Do yourself a favor and just get a Dach-X...

While you are at it, go ahead and flush your intake system with Seafoam. It will be VERY best $9.99 you EVER spent on that car. Search my threads on 'how to do it'.

it was 190hp at the wheels.... New test will be done in a week. Cats were complitely clogged as Marlon suggested and I am now replacing them with bypass pipes.
