Don, You won't see any corrosion. Trust the wise men who have posted to this thread...Change your battery ground strap. You will be puzzled, as the old one will look fine. But it is not. Do this and I'm 99% sure your problem will go away.

In the unlikely event that that doesn't fix it...I'd look at the fuel pump.

Surely you've replaced the battery ground strap, based on the multiple recommendations above, no? I replaced mine with Pep Boys parts for like $9. Also buy a brass brush (yes, Pep Boys) and some battery terminal spray cleaner (yes, also Pep Boys).

Latest update: it appears to be the ignition switch. Today it stalled, and when I turned the key off and then back on it started right back up without me dumping the clutch or moving the key all the way to "start."
Last night I replaced the battery ground strap and cleaned all of the terminals, so the cheap and easy fix didn't do the trick. Oh well.
