BP gas stations here in Georgia started using that crap too. Even on the 93 octane. 10% Ethanol!!! I'm no longer using BP!
So...you figure if they are diluting their gas with 10% ethanol, shouldn't their gas be 10% cheaper?

Oregon mandated 10% ethanol in all retail gasoline statewide so not much choice around here. Of course now there is all kinds of criticism about ethanol production worsening a world food crisis, ethanol uses more fuel to make than it yields etc. but Oregon politicians look "green" for doing little this session but passing the ethanol bill.
government in action.
so far I haven't noticed a problem on my car

Stay away from octane boosters,........you can use Stabil in the gas as well as Heet to deal with the moisture that is absorbed by Ethanol. Keep the gas tank full in the Fall & Winter, too.

I recently took my V70R into the dealer to check for loose vacum lines because I was getting 2-4 mpg lower gas mileage in the winter. The dealer told me that several smaller stations fuel have > 10% ethanol in their fuel (smog issue due to inversion in the winter in Denver) and this contributes to the lower gas mileage. I switched stations to Exxon and sure enough the mileage improved on the same daily route. I realize that several factors could contribute to this but I thought it was interesting.
