And mine - which - in the sun, has a slight magenta cast... I'm not sure if they changed interior colors between '95 (my year) and yours ('96) - but - you and I could trade interiors - and no one would ever know..

Good luck ordering carpet though. Definitely get carpet samples first. I have the same carpet as you, but ended up buying Space Grey mats (that's a 996 color) because it matched the best of all the samples they sent me.

OR

Get black floor mats....makes a nice contrast, and shows dirt much less than a grey. When I bought my car, it had grey mats. Cleaned them several times, but they always looked a bit dingy, so I tried black and it's a good look.

+1 and you don't have to worry about the color match which is nigh impossible

2nd. I went with Black mats (contrast) with classic grey Turbo lettering. (for the 993tt obviously)

Thanks to all for advice.
I agree, black mats with silver or grey script, (if any), seems to make most sense and will complement the black dash bits.

cheers

I alternate between my black and grey, and I definitely prefer the grey. Both have body-colored Carerra script. Yes the grey will show dirt, but it does look better imho.
