Riviera Blue 993 meets Mexico Blue 997S

Thanks guys! Only the 997 is mine, the 993 is my buddy Bill's. Being a 12 year 993 guy, I've been slow to warm up to the 997 board, and a recent trashing of a Mexico Blue 997 turbo cab color (think 4th grade-era bodily function-type adjectives) makes me not even want to post there.
I was really surprised by how close these two colors were in person and will definitely try to get some better shots of our cars together when there's more time.

It's a Cargraphic front spoiler. Simple. solid, clean...I like it, but you know it's a maintainence item.
As far as opinions on the color, I understand that it's very personal. I have owned a Polar Silver/Flamenco Red cab, a Black/Black C2S, and an Arctic Silver/Flamenco Red turbo, and each had its' unique appeal. I appreciated them all, but I wanted something a little unique to take the sting out of finally leaving the 993 fold.
This one's got a few surprises besides the color: PCCBs, PSS10s that work with PASM, full Fabspeed exhaust...and an EVOMS supercharger kit. It's really fast, of course, but the quickness, immediate and progressive power delivery, sure-footededness, and especially the light and nimble handling are what sold me. Plus, I haven't even had a chance to mount tires on the Dymag wheels that came with it which will lighten the unsprung weight about another 50# over stock!
Please don't ask me if I miss the 993s...I do, and alot. If the Mexico Blue car hadn't captured my eye when it did, I planned to try to make my 96 turbo feel like my C2S but with more power by removing the fwd component, switching clutch and flywheel, and working to eliminate the turbo lag. The 997S did all that and returned me to what I consider the soul of a pure Porsche driving experience.
