Default Leland Pate (LPMM Originator/Architect/Mastermind) whereabouts?

With all the talk of LPMMs lately, I wondered what happened to Leland? I looked up his profile and he hasn't been on Rennlist since September 2007!!!

The last thing he mentioned was getting rid of his 993 as he was leaving the military to go into civilian life & needed some cash...hope he made it.

Anyone heard from him? Has he retired on royalties earned on the LPMM...?

Just a thought on a lazy, sunny Saturday watching college hoops...

I owe him for my LPMMs, however maybe he's like DB Cooper... just disappeared.

I'm officially in hiding because of the hit put on me by Fabspeed and Borla. What's worse, I have never been able to forgive myself for selling that car and can't afford another!

Glad you guys are enjoying your cheap mufflers!

I've did my LPMM several years ago and people are always asking about the sound...Just the other day I started the car at a gas station and the guy at the next pump turned around and said, "That thing can't be stock!"...As for my personal enjoyment, this mod returns the highest ratio of grins/$ spent of anything I've done to my car...I don't know you Leleand, but "Thanks!!!"

Hey, if you ever need executive protection or personal security services, some of us spend just as much on firearms as we do on car parts. Thanks to you, I was able to (at the very least buy more ammo) with the money I saved making these for my Turbo. And yes, that's probably one of the best avatars around. Glad you're doing well. :-)

I did the LPMM on my Fabspeed mufflers and it did wonders to the sound and eliminated the infamous drone. Thanks, Leland! Highly recommended mod. Hope you are doing well.

I currently have Fister IIIs and never had LPMMs, but I believe the answer is not very close. As I recall LPMMs are basically the predecessor of the Fister IIs except without any internal mods.
