color combos are a personal choice. Sure seems like this one works... but that is just one opinion.

The price is very good if all is well with the car. Tip?

Not my favorite paint color or interior color, but I could make it work. Aventurine green is one of those colors that just doesn't stir my emotions or my aesthetics. Me, I like boring, old polar silver/white/guards red/speed yellow/iris blue/riviera blue. If you like it, go for it.

The price is right, assuming no major stories.

That sounds like a terrific price and I love the interior color. 6-spd or tip??? I say go for it.

More important is what do you think of the colour combo. If you like like it all is good; otherwise don't expect the forum to talk you into it.

If you like the color combo, then do it. Its a personal preference thing.

I'd say that it's likely you'll see more 95 cabs come up over the next 6 months bearing in mind the economy etc.

Thats a good price for mileage though.

If YOU like it. If its not ideal, then wait, else you might forever wish you did....

Good luck.

I know the market can be different that far across the country from me, but it's in line w/ what I paid for mine about 6 weeks ago.

I would suggest you get a PPI if you haven't already though... perhaps obvious, but it likely saved me a tear down on one I almost bought in December.

Default Go for it!

From your name, it looks like you'll move from a 964 to this 993. I did the same last year, from a late 964 to a 1995 993 Cab. Both cars are great cars, but the 993 is that much better. With the 95 you won't have some complications that the later cars have (see check engine light issues). The price you've worked out is fantastic, especially for the mileage/history. I like the rarer color combinations. Perhaps the convertible top being chestnut is a bit too much color, so you can always replace it with black when the time comes.
Good Luck!

I like to pick off beat colors when I rent a car -- much easier to locate an unfamiliar car in a parking lot if it is an unusual color. Green is my favorite for that purpose, if the rental company has any. Of course often times they don't have a single green car and for good reason. Most customers won't even be seen in a green rental for a couple days and you want to buy one?

I love the adventurine green! I wish that I could have found adventurine when I was looking for my coupe. Now for the chestnut, that has to be personal opinion. I could probably deal with it. If it is too much, it is easy to swap in a few black bts here and there to tame it doen a bit. That said, looks like a great car......now just get a PPI....Ask me how I know. Actually, I had a 7 page spread on my car AFTER I bought it without a formal detailed PPI.

I saw this same year/color combo in my neighborhood a short time back and thought it was very classy, conserverative next to my guards red. FYI, for this year and miles you've negotiated a wholesale price. Hope the PPI checks out if you decide this is the car for you.

Why not buy it?
Just switch out the wheels, lower it, add big ovals, tint windows and presto.
A unique super cool 993 cab.
Oh yea forgot to mention the carbon fiber stuff for the interior.

Good Luck

Color combo is a personal preference. But you can't go wrong w/ a '95 Cab. I miss mine.
