Default Input wanted on 98 C2S

I didn't think the time would come where I had to post that I need to sell my car. Actually, I don't neet do sell it but if I want to make some minor life changes it would make more sense that I do.
It will be a tough decision, but hopefully made easier by hearing some input on thoughts of how to sell, what to ask, why not to sell, and all that good stuff.
My signature, I believe shows 90% of the items that the car has. Not sure if I would remove some and put the stock items back.
The car has approx. 24k mi.
Hopefully this is an exercise and I won't have to pull the trigger.

If you do sell it, I am sure it will go fast. Your car isn't very common and whoever gets it will be very lucky.

The car has low 2x,xxxx mileage range.

Hey Carm,

No way! Say it 'aint so. Your car's a beauty and definitely unique. I think you need to price it carefully as it's not an ordinary C2S. See if you can find a similiar vehicle or maybe even call Andial (are they stilla round?) to see if they came across any cars that sold. Anyway, sorry I can't give any real-life advice, but if you do decide to sell I wish you the best of luck, but i'm sure you will not have a problem selling it.

Maybe you will be able to do one last hooray before you sell it at the Spring Drive.

I would not sell it! If you do, you will be sad!

Tell you what, I'll trade you my 95 C4, & you can sell that, so you don't feel bad about it.

Carmen,

Since I'm not in a position to buy your car, please keep it for a few more years until I'm ready.

Seriously, best of luck with your decision. You have some of the best mods of any 993 on the board, in my opinion.

Carmen:

You should hold out for a lot of $$. That is a rare beast built up by Andial, a well known and serious shop, now semi-defunct. Usually mods do not add much to value, and I wouldn't add anything for the cosmetic additions, but the engine ought to be worth something to people ho actually know what it is. May take longer to sell, but you ought to get some bones for it. So, take a C2S price for those miles, in appropriate shape, and I'd add a bit for the engine (for random mods, I'd probably take away, but for Andial or RUF I would tend to add). The other mods add a little, but not a lot.

Just my opinion, but I think it looks like a super car and ought to fetch you some good $$.

In your post you said you do not need to sell but it would help with some minor life changes . Your car seems very special to you. Can you make the changes without selling? Maybe you can make the changes, and see how it goes, you can always sell your car.

Carm,

Yours is one of my favorites on this forum. I felt that way the day you bought it. The Andial 3.8L engine, the 993TTS body. It is just a rare work of art.

I wish I can buy your car, but my Ruf BTR basically precludes me from buying another 993, even one as desirable as yours.

Best of the luck on your sale, if you indeed sell it. The next owner will be a very lucky soul.
